Instructions

To place an order for our crate signs or pet tags, please complete all 4 steps!

1. After clicking on the appropriate link, complete the order form, then press the SUBMIT PART 1 button and you will automatically arrive at Step 2.
2. On the Purchase Form, find the item you ordered on the list below, then enter the number ordered in the QUANTITY field to the right of that item.  Press the PURCHASE next to that item.
3. If additional lines or characters are required, enter the QUANTITY of each, then press the PURCHASE button.
4. Repeat Steps 2 & 3 for all other items.  When finished, press the VIEW SHOPPING CART button to complete the order.

Once we receive your order, a confirmation by e-mail will be sent, to clarify your request!
